Trix: Sounds to me like the player has made his mind up to come here but West Brom are hoping for more.
FWIW, and I haven't heard a lot on this one, but I get the impression West Brom actually want to sell him, if he won't sign a new deal, and as of now he won't.
After the bits I heard regarding West Brom and training last week, my own personal opinion is that Pulis was told to play him the weekend in order to make a statement to any interested clubs. In training all week they had planned to play one up top, and that came from an agent of one of their first team squad.

Having watched Soldado for the last couple of years I think I must've missed all those lovely touches and great awareness. David Bentley probably had more good moments at Spurs than Soldado and I count him amongst our worst ever signings.

Yeah u have missed it and fact u can't actually see that he is a good player is well your opinion I suppose .. He just couldn't cope physically with the league IMO .. Yeah he missed sitters but he is a good footballer but his confidence destroyed in first season playing with rubbish and he never recovered .. Our set up just not his way
