The Official 2014/15 Premier League Thread

In La Liga. Not against us!!

thats true :) i just love how hes like a little pitbull with the ball stuck on a string. the 2 goals today where he plucks the ball out of the air was sensational.

i dont have cable so im willing to take the risk of him scoring against us to be able to watch him more frequently (fingers crossed) :)

Haha fair enough. He is great to watch. I just hate him for costing me £750 with 'That goal' against QPR when they first won the league.

Southampton's last 12 games in all competitions: WWWWWWLWWWWW. The only loss, coming at White Hart Lane.

Hopefully he stays fit this season... and heads to Spain next summer...

@Squawka: Sergio Aguero has now scored 54.5% of Emirates Marketing Project's 22 Premier League goals this season. Absolutely vital.

@OptaJoe: 13 - @aguerosergiokun has now scored 13 times in his last 13 Premier League matches. Sensation.
I hope he stays at city, stays in the PL. Its brilliant watching him and at least it keeps them ahead of Arsanal

Yeah but apparently they've just played a bunch of sh!t teams so that run doest count

Of course they count, but after the break they start a very difficult run. It was at this exact same time they hit a slump last season after winning several games in a row.

Premier league history is littered with unfancied teams bursting out of the blocks and having a great start to the season. The real test comes over Xmas and Jan. The chances are that this bubble will burst. Great start though. Well done.

Austin is pretty decent

He seems to hit the target with the majority of his efforts and is a real handful! 6 league goals for a guy playing for Poole not so long ago is fantastic!

I also like the look of Vargas, energetic, hard working and a very good player...exactly the type I can imagine fitting into a Pochettino team.

Caulker on the other hand is a walking disaster...everything he does seems to lead to a chance for the opposition...he definitely wouldn't look out of place in our shambolic defence.

This!

The only game Spurs have won against Emirates Marketing Project in the past 4 years was when Aguero was left on the bench, they've got maximum points from the rest and he's scored 9 goals in those 6 games!!

I hope he stays at city, stays in the PL. Its brilliant watching him and at least it keeps them ahead of Arsanal

A silver lining at least... hopefully his compatriot Lamela might score the goals that take us above ARSEnal some day too [-o<

He's a good inexperienced English striker full of hard work, eager to impress and scoring goals. If only we had someone like that we could start with tomorrow instead of the waste of space Adebayor.

Oh wait a minute................

qpr are crap and will probably lose, but, they have got themselves into this game by coming out and starting really fast, having a go at City and making them turn towards their own goal

I wish we would do that

All I've heard all season is how crap QPR are, but lately they are playing better then we are.

Exactly. Most of this thread is an embarrassment and lots of foot in mouth syndrome posts going on. QPR are crap, Southampton only winning against **** teams blah blah blah...

Yeah, but we're really really crap.

Chelsea are finding the Premier League so easy this season that Jose is playing mind games on himself.

Could it just be that QPR were playing crap at the start of the season, but have now started to get their sh1t together? I mean two of their first four games were 4-0 defeats to us and Man Utd, and it's not like us or Utd are tearing it up this season.
