***TOTTENHAM Vs STOKE - OFFICIAL OMT***

I think we can say now Redknapp leaving for England is not the end of the world with results and performances as they have been. Whats the excuse for this " We dominated possession"...please GHod hope we dont use the "Muamba" situation as a poor mans excuse....

I have to agree you can see it in the players. Even Redknapp's Interviews have gone from "its not impossible for us to win the title" to " even if we finish 4th its Over achieving

Ban the fudging guests on a matchday. Slow as brick,if they wanna view the forum they will sign up surely

Said this before on transfer day but was barracked by a mod for being a "freeloader", as I didnt donate.

Apparantley its better for those who do donate, to not be able to use a site they have payed to use, so lurkers can lurk.

Arsenal above us and 3rd place with automatic CL qualification now out of our hands.

Don't know about anyone else but having watched the slow motion train wreck that has been Spurs since Capello's resignation, now the wait is over it's actually a relief in a strange way.

LETS GET POSITIVE. Played well below par, heading for a 4th defeat, got the draw with a stunner. Increased our lead over Chelsea, all to play for on saturday.

In your opinion, what line up should he have put out?

At present lineups tactics personell dont really matter too much. The whole team is playing with no confidence. The fact we cant buy a goal from a free kick or corner is really galling. At corners particularly we dont seem to have a plan. for example who blocks the goalie and who gets in front of the first man to flick it on? Fail to plan, plan to fail. Coaching team must take full respondibltiy for this. It really has been going on too long.

Well if it was up to me he would have played the cover for Ade and Lennon that we clearly fudging needed. But today I would have played the second half team. Kranjcar simply isn't good enough, I said it at the beginning, he proved me right, and Harry finally made the change.

I'd also practice free kicks and corners...

Hotshot please, dont try to play the reasonable role, when we drop to 4th after that game, extending our non-winning run to 4 games. You can talk about that "great performance" while our best players leave at the end of the season for not finishing in the top 4....

i'm not playing, it is my genuine position.

i didn't say it was great, it wasn't... but sometimes it goes like this, it doesn't mean we're brick, it doesn't mean Harry's clueless. we just have to ride it out, it'll come back around.

i'm also not for pulling down the blinds, shutting up shop and writing it off as a bad job when there are 9 games to go.

i guess i just don't like the massive reactionary sniping after a game like that, so i try to look at the big picture. but that is my fault, i shouldn't come on here when we don't win as i understand it's all too easy to mouth off (me, and others) in the heat of the moment.

Agreed that if Modric had better aim, if Bale's shot was two inches lower, etc. then on another day Spurs would've won this game. But at the same time, to watch the same liabilities for two or three seasons in row now - poor defending of set pieces, absolutely horrid corners and free kicks - I just have to wonder WTF is going on.

It's apparent to every punter with a television that Spurs are horrid at free kicks. So mix it up - throw one up for header, a cross-field pass - anything other than Rafa/Bale/Kaboul missing the target altogether and handing the ball back to the other team on the trot. It's like banging your head against the wall over and over and over and over and over....

Sort it out!

The players f#cked up again tonight. Not really much else Harry could have done with what was available

that's the word.

more or less the same players that won 10 out of 11 earlier in the season, but a bump in the road can knock it out of you and it can take time and a bit of luck to get back.

at least we've left ourselves plenty of fixtures to get the horse galloping again... i think we're back on it now.

Think we have been derailed since Harry's court case truth be told. It took far more of his time than England (which then perpetuated the problems). We lost momentum and have be struggling since.

Loaning out players and not refreshing the team with quality replacements has taken its toll.

Some tactically inept decisions by Redknapp haven't helped. Once things started to slide, he couldn't pull us back....yet. But I have every confidence he will. He's not brick overnight. Have some faith.

Sorry, but as a player, if you know its going wrong, and you dont dare venture forward and have a dig, then whats the point?

Lets look on the brightside. We could have lost. chelski and liverscum could have won. The last few minutes today played massively in our favour. We GAINED a point on chelsea and liverpool. Even if we lose at Chelsea on sat they cant overtake us now. Lets be positive. We have Ade and Lennon to come back soon. Maybe some others will find form too. Perhaps we might score from a free kick and corner. Possibly we might get some well overdue luck. Who knows. Just clutching at straws really.....but COYS!

I have nothing against you, just a team and manager who think they belong at the top of the league and yet we witness non performances like these. If they dont want the criticism why do they spout off about how they belong there ie Bale, Modric etc when they cant put in match winning performances at the final run in. The same players will want to leave at the end of the season when they have shown they dont have the bottle themselves, Pathetic.
