*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Hull City, Sunday 27th October***

I'd expect a typical game with a little improvement

- Spurs with lots of possession, Hull being defensive
- Patient first half looking for openings

Could see us with Lennon and Townsend on pitch at some time to hurt them with pace and width.

No easy games, but these are the games to get the 3 points, we slipped up once already recently, AVB needs to put it together and get us on a little run.

4 defeats in all comptions in 2013 is not a bad run.

Hopefuly Rose will be fit for this one.

LLoris
Walker Verts Vlad Rose
Sandro Paulinho
Townsend Eriksen Siggy
Soldado

2-1 Spurs

If Hudd scores, the whole ground should stand up, applaud and sing

Bald in the morning
You're gonnna be bald in the morning
Bald in the moooooorning

...but only if we're 3 up at that point!!!!

We will win but it will not be easy. Doubtless this will be AVBs fault as everything should be easy!!!

Huddlestone 12-1 to score anytime.
Printing money.

1-0 Hull with Tommy only goal 170-1.
10p on that and he pays for his haircut with a shave.

Lloris

Walker Dawson Chiriches (David Luiz mk II) Vertonghen

Sandro Paulinho

Townsend Eriksen Lamela

Soldado

Lamela played badly on Thursday, but what are games against Tromso and Sheriff going to prove? I'd like AVB to give him his first league start, can't do much from the bench. Eriksen to start again please. One or two quiet halves/games and people already want him replaced with Holtby. If Rose is unfit then same back four as last week.

Playing him out of position isnt gonna help him.

Bench: Friedel, Naughton, Dembele, Lamela, Lennon, Defoe, Adebayor.

(assuming Rose, Kaboul and Capoue are al still out).

Lamela should definitely be involved by the hour mark - he needs to start getting more game time but I also think Sigurdsson has done enough to merit a first team spot, so it'd be unfair to drop him.

I think we can win this comfortably (though I felt that about the West Ham game too). 3-0 (Soldado 2, Paulinho 1)

Anyone else dread home games? They all pretty much follow the same narrative of away team sits back, Tottenham huff and puff, lots of frustration with shots from stupid distances and the fear of being sucker-punched on the break. Doesn't help it being another Sunday game either, the crowd are never up for it and start grumbling after 10 minutes of 0-0.

Why is this not stickied yet?

We're going to hammer them. First real to tonking of the season.

Believe.

Clearly gutted he's not at Spurs. You know he wanted to say we when talking about Spurs. Wish the big man all the best... After our double header. COYS

I think the way that he described the previous encounter was very much as if he was representing Spurs too. Almost as if asked by a mate who wanted banter. Rather than describe a battling Hull performance, he described a 'super keeper'.

I wonder whether the weather might have the last say this weekend? Supposed to be a pretty big blow a-comin'.

Now I am beginning to think it is a big mistake selling Huddlestone. I think we sold Hudd with the hope players like Eriksen and Lamela will make an impact straight away. Instead the new players are still taking time to settle in. This means we are now lacking an established and experienced player in midfield causing us to lack in creativity in attack.
