Willian

Im disappointed with not signing him but i was the same when we didnt sign Villa and also when we didnt sign Benteke.

I didnt expect us to get Soldado though and that our plan C in that position in theory (if people are to believed) and yet he looks bloody top drawer and always has.

i didnt think we would sign Willian a few weeks back but i didnt think we woudl sign any of the players we have a week before we did to be honest as they seemed out of our league.

With the money we havent spent on Wiillian we can spend it on someone else. There ill be plenty to choose from for that money and im sure they will be equally as good, if not better than him.

We have made it clear we will pay the right amount for the right player and that is attractive to anyone IMO.

We will sign two or three more players and be in a far better position than we were at the end of last season when we finished only 6 points off 2nd. thats bloody good progress to me and realistically a lot more than any of us would have expected to be fair.

In Baldini/AVB/general Levy i trust.. not the ITK bull****ters or the ****py tabloids

The whole ****ing world knows we have sold Bale to RM, its not this secret that no one knows about apart from Bale, Levy and RM ... Paying 30mil for Willian would have been a massive ****ing hint.

We can spend up to 30 mil for a number 10 ... Loan messi for a year for 30 mil would be fab

youve had more than me...LOL............
its no good having players on loan....you need to build a team.................there must be some unknown young
brasilian somewhere for 30 mill,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Coys....or less.......

I hate Chelsea more than I hate Arsenal. They give me nothing but grief, I have no positive thoughts towards them at all.

Would you want to have a drink with such a man with his personality ... you would probably walk away thinking what a prick. The media love him because he smiles and gives them a soundbyte. The red tops can squeeze in an easy pun, and the broadsheets try to make him sound sophisticated.

Absolutely he seems like a **** and i do not buy into the whole personality thing but it is a fault with the British personality that we find these sort of people interesting, he is just an attention seeker.

The media even the broadsheets are just desperate for something to write about so want to come at it from a different angle, their stupid.

Arsenal, I actually enjoy the rivalry. I enjoy the banter, the contests and whilst I dislike the team, and they anger me, I respect them in the same way that Batman would respect The Joker.

This guy is not much of a goalscorer...........

Year Team Apps† (Gls)†
2006–2007 Corinthians 41 (2)
2007–2013 Shakhtar Donetsk 140 (20)
2013– Anzhi Makhachkala 11 (1)

Lucky escape for us if you ask me. It would have been a big waste of £30 million.

Yup. Closest to him at present is the Moose. A player who keeps the ball, barely loses it but can't play the first pass of an assist as well as Modric.

Tbf it's probably his agent.

mate...i said this yesterday.
it is joorchabian but it is also the player in this instance...i hope all the details come out...i know there's great consternation here at ITKs but they were all right when they said it was a done deal in everybody's eyes. medical had been done, tour of training ground, etc...agent then demanded some absurd reshuffle in terms but crucially, the player did NOT object.
joorchabian is scum. but what player allows themselves to have a medical and then turn around and walk? that's a new one to me...

Anyway, moving on...we will be fine. Chelski will implode. I expect a few choruses of '**** Ronaldinho, you're just a **** Ronaldinho' when we play them...

"The abuse on here is incredible. I'm signing off. I'm reluctant to go on Twitter and it's not an uplifting experience."

Im not that fussed we have not signed him, the only thing that riles me is that we have been made to look like dingdongs, wrong as that may be. Chelsea have undermined AVB and Spurs as a club. Of course, we can all sprout on here that we didnt need him anyway and that its a lucky escape to not be tied to his agent, but the simple truth is that we have been shafted and are back to square one. We dont have "that" much time left and I would say to everyone expecting a ready made replacement, to be disappointed.

yep being made to look like dingdongs isn't great.......however its nauseating sky sports news and the love in for mourinho......I suppose they come out smelling of roses as usual.

I don't agree that we will just give up after this setback though...if anything its early season mind games from mourinho trying to draw out avb to make an angry response. I say this not to get derided but because I believe he generally considers us a threat this season with how we have been going about our business.

hopefully avb does not take the bait and just shrugs it off as one of those things.... we need to get our heads down and move on - this week will be a rollercoaster transfer wise but I have no doubt that AVB is being backed by Levy...and I am confident with Baldi in place that we will strengthen.

The point is..anyone could do what they did with the right connections ..and the money that goes behind it..

but what they have done is scandolous.....un bussiness like..and they are laughing..and trying to say its all fair play
in how they have handled this.

I don't know much about bussiness and how its run..but theres something that stinks about this Willian transfer
situation.
Its in very bad taste.

**** this guy...who wants total scum like him and his agentwithin our club? He showed his colors.

I'm not sure why all the hate for Willian.

He's been offered the chance to join Chelsea - Champions League, Europa Cup, FA Cup, League winning Chelsea.

Ah yes, then there's Mourinho, the highest profile manager in the world, and more money.

He's expected to turn them down because there are a few players in his way?

Don't be so blinded to think this is "purely about the money" - he's going to be part, and a big part, of a massively successful Chelsea side.

Anyone with ambition would make the same decision. To join Spurs would be the wrong decision in every sense, let's face it. If it doesn't work out, for whatever reason, he's earned a hell of a lot, got experience at playing for a massive club, and can then move onto a club at our level, and be better for it.
