**Official Other Games Thread, Season 2012/13**

Just got down to Enfield ready for the game tomorrow and I'm a little gutted with that result in Wales, and I dont mean the rugby!
Make no mistake that was a massive win for Arsenal. No distractions over the last 9 games for them, that was one of the games where I was hoping they might possibly drop 2pts.
Bearing in mind our trip to Chelsea and the usual outcome, anything from that game is an absolute massive bonus. We could be in effect 1pt ahead with 8 to go.

For me, after this afternoon, anything but 6pts from the next 2 games gives the initiative back to Arsenal, as our fate would be out of our own hands.

Ryan Mason is on the Lorient bench for the first time.
Just kicked off, 1-0 against Stade Brest after an early goal.

edit - 2-0 after 8 minutes
Perhaps an easy victory will give him some game time

Massive bore fest on ESPN as predicted. Lee Mason gives everything to Utd, scared of Whiskey Nose. Utd at half pace, even their fans are bored, lots of whom have f*cked off early.

Ludicrous selection for a tv game, when you consider everyone could see the pick of todays games was Villa QPR (and it proved to be a cracker). This tv obsession with Man Utd, regardless of opposition, is a real turn off to viewers.

After his booking today Fellaini is suspended until 13 April, missing games against Stoke and Tottenham.

Every little bit helps.

Problem is, they know they will get top dollar for the advertising, plus the fact the games are chosen well in advance of the day of play (not far enough for me thoughon occasions).
Although in this case Villa and QPR were always going to be in the mix even when they were selecting the games in early January

Arsenal's next 4 games all look winnable.
SAT 30 MAR 2013 - Arsenal v Reading
SAT 6 APR 2013 - West Brom v Arsenal
SAT 13 APR 2013 -Arsenal v Norwich
TUE 16 APR 2013 - Arsenal v Everton

Reading will be fighting for their lives and they weren't too bad against United. Everton just beat City 2-0 with 10 men and WBA ground out a draw away to Stoke. Lets give them the Norwich 3 points but I can't see them getting more than 5 points from the other 3 games.
Personally I think a max of 7 points from the 4 games.

No doubt West Brom will roll over again (still havent forgiven them for last season), can see Arsenal getting min 10pts from those 4 games, sadly.

I completely disagree.
9-10 pts there, if not 12.
They normally get the points when they need them to catch us.
