This seems more an issue with what someone said behind closed doors and then in public than it does the outcome of what was implemented. Surely what matters is what has happened.

There were far greater issues with Covid in the world than Fauci, no one seemingly that worried about them seemingly

I certainly do not subscribe to any of the wacky theories or cures produced by Trump or any other idiot on SM.
However I've never been very clear on why what is effectively a respiratory disease is dangerous to pregnant women, or lots of other people for that matter.
There is a middle ground, not everyone who has issues with covid and it's very wide repercussions is a conspiracy theory nut.
