I’ve shared by thoughts on him beforeScored on his debut tonight. Friend on mine that’s a Boro fan is raving about him.
Yeh, before anyone says it, not saying he is or he is as good, but watching tonight there is alot of early Kane in himI’ve shared by thoughts on him before
What I love is he misses and easier chance but he is again and again
The way he plays so so similar to Kane
He is stylistically similarYeh, before anyone says it, not saying he is or he is as good, but watching tonight there is alot of early Kane in him
We have matching rights though, which should be better than a 40m buy back clause in theory. Even if he is a huge success its still unlikely anyone would pay 40m (and definitely not significantly more) for a Championship striker.Once again... it is criminal that we did not set a buy back of, say 40 mill applicable until 2029. But English football always thought it has nothing to learn from the continent!!!
We get a 20% discount if we want him back.Once again... it is criminal that we did not set a buy back of, say 40 mill applicable until 2029. But English football always thought it has nothing to learn from the continent!!!

That's short sighted... They would not pay 40M for a championship striker... true. But of Boro gets promoted and he has a storming season in the EPL then 40m will be the starting point for the auction.... as we saw with Kroupi. We have matching rights though, which should be better than a 40m buy back clause in theory. Either way, I wish him luck. Hopefully he gets a lot more goals this year playing in a better side than last year.
The odds of Middlesbrough getting promoted, him having a great season, then Middlesbrough having another great season with Lankshear still scoring well in the PL are slim to none... but yeah in that scenario we would probably be screwed you are rightThat's short sighted...
