I am falling for silly season and hope upon hope that Osimhon is the CF we're going to get. His stats in pretty much every league he's played in are absurd, everytime I've watched him he looks deadly, and given we're a team being set up for 'now', if we could find a way to manage those wages/negotiate with him on that and get him in, I think along with a Savinho and Kudus we'd be looking at something quite exciting!!!!

He would be the #2 or #3 CF in the league behind Haaland and maybe Isak if he finds form again.

I've not been as excited by a potential CF signing since we were strongly linked with peak Eto'o (a very similar player actually) under Hoddle

Think it’s just over £600k (!) if paid as a regular wage. However, 25% of his salary is for Image Rights, we could maybe increase this and pay it to a third party company abroad and reduce the overall total to maybe £450k (according to chat GPT).

Still a lot. PSR would be fine though.

There might be some HMRC issues initially with that.
Then it seems the rules around Image Rights are changing next year, to treat Image Rights payments as earned income.

HMRC limit the amountplayers can claim as wages for image rights to 15%. For obvious reasons.
If we paid a company abroard we'd be done for tax evasion.
