internet funnies...

Watching some hockey on american TV and this commercial comes on. Two seconds of info on the actual product, the rest of the commercial about all the brick that might happen if you take it. Hahaha.

They have been sued big time.

Also, hurling is better than hockey and has less ads for medicine.

I know. I feel bad about sharing it, but couldn’t deleted it for some reason.

Yeah, I just don't like the punch on of vulnerable people that the internet gives into. I'm not meaning to give you grief as I'm sure we've all shared something and regretted it. I'm just a big believer in 'the standard you walk past is the standard you accept.'

Yeah, I agree. I have been thinking about this for a bit - immitations are generally accepted as a form of humor, but there’s a fine line between what is alright and what isn’t. In this case, where the person they imitate (most likely) has a mental disability, it’s obviously over the line - but what if she were say a well respected influencer just reclining back in the car seat? I personally found the language so strange and funny in itself it took me a while to understand that the person in the front seat had a disability - I just had no clue as to what the hell they were saying and found the imitations hilarious. That said, having learned of her disability, shouldn’t have shared it.
