No he isn't, he's pointing out how the grift has manipulated many of the 'working class' who have been battered from pillar to post by lies and are victims of the huge defunding of education over the past 40-50 years.

What would be more appropriate to say in my opinion, is that this shows the dehumanisation of the poor as they are repeatedly used ny grifters.

The “let’s call everybody that doesn’t agree with us racist” strategy has never failed to win elections. I can see why they would continue to double down on it.
