***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Leeds United, Mon May 11th, 8pm, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium***

No reason De Zerbi can’t have them believing we can win every game u til the end of the season. It’s patterns, we’ve gone from looking like we will never win a game again to somehow positively being back looking more capable.

Leeds could go either way, Chelsea are rudderless, and Everton are in a place where numerous results could take place and there’s no real way of knowing how interested they will be.

Just need to keep doing our part, if we can get the points against Leeds then West Ham will face the, unfortunately, soon to be champions needing a result to stay in it, if they then lose to Saudi Sportswashing Machine this can all be over before we even get to the last game. That’s what I’m hoping for! 🤞

Agree with your overriding point - However it's the other way round, West Ham face the Goons Sunday and then we play Leeds on Monday so we will know exactly where we stand going into Monday's game.

If West Ham lose then hopefully will give the players the inspiration to get the 3 points and put a massive gap between us and them going into the final 2 games. If the Hammers were to get an unexpected win then the pressure is right back on Monday night....

Ah my bad, either way, hopefully if West Ham don’t get anything from Woolwich our lot go out laser focused to put it at the point of killing it off. I think De Zerbi will get them right for it, I’d love for this to be done before the final game.

I can't shake the feeling there's a back-down-to-earth moment coming with this game. I hope I'm wrong.

Yeah I worry that we’ll be too confident after a couple of good results.

Until we scored against Wolves we were basically down… we’re not out of it yet.

Hopefully RDZ has been drilling into them we’re still in big trouble. If we’re still in “fight for our lives” mode we should be OK.

Yeah, it doesn't even have to be a question of over confidence - Just the nature of a relegation battle, like the title fight there are usually twists and turns and there aren't many seasons where all 3 relegation places have been sewn up before the final game so does make it likely it won't be plain sailing.

RDZ emphasised in his press conference that we need to stay 'humble' and remind ourselves of where we were a couple of weeks ago before the Wolves game. It is far from done yet.....

Ok, that’s a good sign. Really it’s a small miracle that we’re not still 2 to 5 points behind the Spammers.

As you say there will be shock results. Our history shows once we’re “comfortable” performance can drop a lot. That can’t happen on Monday.

In a way a draw for the Spammers will at least give us a rocket up the backside,
