The others have religious and cultural symbolism. Sad the club don’t acknowledge it as a religous holiday but even then put the same level of effort in and stick a bunny rabbit and an egg on it. Even Chinese New Year gets a proper edit.
Didn't the Jews get the Romans to kill Jesus? So in some ways Easter is rubbing it in about their incompetence in achieving that seemingly simple task. I can see why its potentially embarassing anyway. It would be a bit like having a Stauffenberg statue or something

Looking at other Prem clubs. A few are consistent with religious imagery and symbols on any goodwill message for a religious holiday. Fulham, Liverpool & Chelsea examples.
Others consistently don’t have it on any message and use the same format each time. Arsenal & City examples.
Some use it only for Islamic celebrations but not for Christian. Spurs & Man Utd.

If you know people who are religious, try and piggyback in on some of their vibes and food when its festivals time. Otherwise, well, whatever
