I can see that. Especially the first one. Watched it fantastic, watched it again while a bit stoned and with friends, it seemed to drag. Think you have to be in the right frame of mind.
Watched the second one again last night and loved it. Had nobody with me and no interruptions though. Just let it flow. Beautiful.

Yeah i might need to revisit - i saw both at the cinema after a few drinks and nodded off both times

Definitely the type of epic movie best experienced in IMAX although I’ve still enjoyed both on the OLED telly at home.

Hopefully the first 2 shall get re-upped this year before part 3.

One of my fav books and it very close to it
We saw it in IMAX too which I would recommend

I got early access as my friend is a journo and I didn't really enjoy it, but I think thats my bias on not liking him as an actor.

I have 3 times and I felt he played the part of Dr Grace really well

Felt an odd direction to take it to me, multiple seasons of building plot lines then felt it ignored them and went with a very new and basic strand that vaguely linked to it.

It just felt like a reason to come to the ending they did, also felt like just 3 long scenes, nothing else of note or worth.
