Actually think the way we’ve treated Tel is a disgrace to be honest. The fact that he is still showing up with confidence and trying to make things happen. And is obviously very talented, cannot understand why he hasn’t played more.

He's not very good. He does run around and is direct and in this time we need that, but the lacks quality when he does start games it's kind of obvious why he's never really been given the chance.
I personally would have played him off the left over playing Simons there but I do get why that was the decision made even if it's not one I would have made.

I do agree with you over Muani, a few of our players we have signed over the last window have not really hit the ground running yet but he has been the worse IMO. Seen nothing from him at all, again IMO.

This is why Frank was just terrible, even if you don’t rate Tel, just freezing out a guy like this who essentially took a step down to us for more regular football, who performed every time he was given a chance but just dared to question you…Frank was clearly just useless on reading the dynamics of the squad.
Don’t really blame Tel at all for speaking out on this.
I don’t disagree at all. But come out with that statement, you need to prove you were right.
As @MartyFunkhouser says/implies above, now is the time to step up and prove himself to be what he believes he is.

Yep, its can't simply be down to the manager, football is not that simplistic. Good players transcend managers IMO, you go out to prove a point, yes there is a level of over coaching in the game but also players are not robots, I don't buy the idea that everything is about what they are told to do.
