He's not got the dressing room. And with us hovering above relegation it has to be over now. This is without a long convo about why we are brick. Right now we shouldn't be where we are

Nah. Romero’s doing a great job keeping the heat off Frank. For quite a while now, one way or another. He's not got the dressing room. And with us hovering above relegation it has to be over now. This is without a long convo about why we are brick. Right now we shouldn't be where we are
7 wins in 25 matches. Look at what Carrick is doing with United. Changing managers works. Do it!
I feel like there have been 100 sliding doors moments... and 99 of them have smacked us right in the face.Massive sliding doors moment that we didn't move for Carrick two months ago

Huge difference in quality available to him there though, the idea you just pick up his form there and it becomes applicable to us makes zero sense.
If we had a frontline of Cunha, Mbuemo, Sesko and a player like Fernandes playing behind, then I would agree.
Our players would look as good as theirs if they had confidence, intent and better attacking tactics
So better players play no part? I don't believe that for a second of any side
We bossed them 4 times last season with virtually the same set of players. They just have a decent coach who has lifted and inspired them.
So did we (well £150m on Kudus, Tel and Simons)Hahahah they literally bought a whole new front line for over 200m
I don't doubt someone might have made a difference here, for arguments sake, but you can't take the two situations and claim it would have been the same here, it defies logic

Man Utd were doing well before they changed manager
United never won 4 games in a row under Amorim in almost 18 months, they have won 4 in Carrick's first 4 games. Can we please not do this, the coach makes no difference thing, it's amazingly clear that Carrick has changed them without a single new player.
Not playing 3 at the back, playing Dalot in his right position, using Mainoo, pushing Bruno higher, only playing 2 out of the 3 Cunha, Mbeumo, Sesko, actually attacking, multiple simple obvious changes have made a difference.
We could do exactly the same, manage zone 14 on pitch (both offensively and defensively), play triangles to manage possession and pressure, leverage the depth of runners/ball carriers we have in squad (Gallagher/Sarr/Bergvall), use Palhinha more effectively, figure out what the strategy to get the ball to Solanke is, both stop hoofing and figure out how to play to Vic's strengths more effectively.
Us, United and Chelsea were all in a similar place 2 months ago. The clubs with ambition acted. They've started rising, while we're hurtling towards relegationDoes any of that change the point that he came in to a job where the team was playing well? No.
I don't think anyone would or even is disputing that managerial changes can have a positive effect - but to keep harping on about this one particular change as though it's an indicator of what would happen here despite the differing situations is just not worth making. Why not Ange or Dyche at Forest, oh yeah that doesn't suit the point
