He's not. He's a good manager.
But I don't think he's the right manager for now - unless we're going to allow a complete two season overhaul for him.

If we are looking to get the best from the current set, it needs a "boss" type manager - one can motivate and nurture whilst simultaneously being an authority figure. And even then, I think half of our squad would just sulk. I really think our biggest weakness is mentality.
Frank is more tactician - that's hard to achieve with a random squad lacking confidence and questionable ability.

Who would be your choice for a change?
I do wonder if we're looking at Glasner.
