*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Aston Villa FC ***

Given how reliant we are on set pieces, I'm so disappointed that Villa left 3 up top so we pulled a player back. We can't become more defensive to everything everyone else does. At some point we have to play our game.

I get the reason to bring him back, but we can't always react to the opposition. At some point we have to be proactive and back ourselves on something

it's only 1-0, no need to take risks yet, plenty of time on the clock

You have to match up. A counter will always result in a goal otherwise

Is this the first time you've met Spurs?

I fully expect us to us to bring in a striker on-loan on either Jan 30 or Jan 31. Whoever is this seasons equivalent to Louis Saha. (Probably Ashley Barnes or Jay Rodriquez)

Especially now Solanke is back on the bench, that will be the excuse for not buying a back-up immediately
