Brine it and baste the hell out of it....Gotta brine it. Tastes great if done properly.

That's interesting. You need to break a turkey down to get the best results imv - legs need much longer than the breast.
Still lots of - this is brick, but if you do x to it it can be a bit less brick. Just double up on pigs in blankets or do some lamb or beef instead. Liberate yourselves from the Bernard Matthews propoganda
Beef and lamb can be horrible if badly cooked.Still lots of - this is brick, but if you do x to it it can be a bit less brick. Just double up on pigs in blankets or do some lamb or beef instead. Liberate yourselves from the Bernard Matthews propoganda
Nice one mate,.top wishes for the Wedding in JanI absolutely love Christmas but my Christmas this year is like something out of EastEnders. When I was young, Christmases were a real family affair with all my dad's family. Unbelievable memories. Sadly, most of the family have passed including my parents. I'm divorced and my ex has the kids until about 5pm when I'll take them and we always have a blast Christmas night playing board games and eating brick.
Anyway, I'm due to get married in January. I've proper hit the jackpot with my fiance and, thankfully, this will be our last Christmas apart. So the dysfunctional bit...I've been invited for Christmas dinner with my ex's parents. They don't talk to her and I get on quite well with them.
Will be proper EastEnders stuff if my ex turns up at the door Christmas Day (chances are very slim to be fair).

Id politely turn it down to be honest.I absolutely love Christmas but my Christmas this year is like something out of EastEnders. Yeah, pretty much.Id politely turn it down to be honest.
Btw were you going straight from their house to your ex's to pick the kids up?
Will they get to see their grandchildren at any point over Xmas?Yeah, pretty much.
Or just learn how to cook a Turkey properly? If it’s dry you’ve fudged up, if it’s got no flavor you’ve fudged up. Just like any piece of meat tbh.Still lots of - this is brick, but if you do x to it it can be a bit less brick. Just double up on pigs in blankets or do some lamb or beef instead. It's a bit complicated but the likelihood is that they won't.Will they get to see their grandchildren at any point over Xmas?
