Last season was a young team. I hope a few either go on loan or are given a chance with the first team squad.

It does mean a lot of upheaval for the u21s. So would be very understandable if they struggle a bit this season. If they can go again though. Would be amazing.

It’s a top down approach now and Wayne is doing a great job, clearly
Suspect that England may look at him for the under 21s if they promote Carlsey

There are 5 or 6 very good prospect coming through, most of the following did well when called on last season

Keeley goalkeeper
Ashcroft, Black, Cassanova and Akhamrich (plays anywhere of left) defenders
Kyerematen, Olusesi midfield
Irow, Lehane, Wiiliams forwards

Keeley already had a good loan. Not sure he'd go back in the u21s?
