The Official 2023/24 Premier League Thread

That’s interesting.

I don’t really watch it - but how can you get golf coverage wrong??

F1 is another one. Onboard shot during an overtake so you can’t see the other car. Genius.

Not showing coverage, bad camera work as in picking up the ball, the mics being in bad areas and picking up speaker noise. Just found it really poor production value TBH.

Pep has somehow ripped all the creativity and guile out of his team and turned them into some expensive version of Sheff Utd.

Chelsea away next for Arsenal. Dont see Agent Poch doing us any favours
City have Brighton
Merseyside Derby

Lets enjoy the next two weeks, we might be 4th by the time we kick-off v Fulham

Has his hatred of city turned him into a closet gooner?

It's a standard default option for many ex-players in media roles, especially those with Liverpool or ManU connections. When you suck up to Arsenal, you get feted by their hefty social media presence. We come with a less active fan base so the choice is simple. Although Big Angeball is creating converts everywhere.

Chelsea and Brighton will both be enigmatic this season, so wouldn't be surprised to see either of them win or lose.
Everton just got a win! Liverpool seem very stale. Everton will be really up for it. That game will say a lot about where Liverpool are mentally.

They won the lot
How do you create that hunger again

Arsenal are gonna run out of home games soon

You could hardly design a more favourable schedule for them to start the season. Same thing last year. They be screaming if they were handed a Monday night game followed by a Friday night game. But we get that after the break.

Just considering proper recovery time to ensure the best health for all players, it should be automatic when creating a fixture list that such a scenario can't happen.

Yeah that's ridiculous. Should be automatic that the Friday night teams are playing sat at 3pm

Our schedule for the next month is simple - three games in London: Fulham, at Palace, Chelsea. Our visit to ManCity is three games after that but best to not look too far ahead. Just hope for good health.

The Merseyside derby is at Anfield. Everton’s record there is horrific. They’ve been them twice in the league since 2010. I’m not expecting any favours from Everton or Chelsea.
