*** Tottenham Hotspur v South Coast Big Club ***

I know the new manager has set higher standards than the previous two, but its foolish to underestimate opponents, look at last night, banker 3 points for United. Respect all teams, work hard and take our scoring chances and we should be alright, nothings given.

Not a banker when you have a team of bankers

Decent rotation, but obviously asking a lot of our wing backs and Son.

Hopefully we'll see another good performance. Southampton should be at least as tired as us.

Do we expect to see 532 with Winks in front of the defence and Dele & Hojberg in front of him?

Definitely the only thing I expected when I saw the lineup.

Would be very surprised to see a 3-4-3. Perhaps 3-4-1-2? But no, midfield three, Winks holding, Alli and Hojbjerg box to box, but Alli with way more freedom to roam.

Still points up our lack of cover for strikers. Kane and Son have to play every game at the moment. There simply is no effective cover for them (especially Kane). We simply must remedy this in January. Top priority.

Defo 3-4-1-2 for me
Good rotation, good bench

Vague. I think Winks will be holding DM and whilst "Hoj and Dele" will sometimes be alongside Winks, they will be the ones with licence to get forwards.

Do you think Hoj will primarily remain alongside Winks whilst Dele will be in behind the front 2 with little remit to defend down our left side?

This isn't going to be as easy as some people think. Saints have lost only six all season. They draw a lot and are competitive. Two thirds of their games they didn't lose. Looking at it like that means that three points won't be easy to get , especially considering our rather patchy away form.

Interesting, looks 3-5-2 - Moura getting rested despite a big contribution, Dele and Winks another chance to prove themselves.

Nice to see White on the bench, I thought it was ahead of Lo Celso just been told he injured himself in the last warm down??!!

Only one home defeat too which surprised me. This will be a decent test of where we are.
