Next Manager?

But ZZ is already in Madrid and, by all reports, sufficiently discontented to depart this summer.

Conte doesn't have the image ZZ does to keep the PSG owners happy. They want the absolute best of everything at their club and ZZ fits that approach for their manager post. And being a French legend, ticks all the boxes.

Sorry, I meant ZZ to Juve...

I think Poch is coming back

Let’s face it...

Kane would be more likely to stay
Poch knows a good few of these squad and signed Ndombele, Sessegnon and Lo Celso, so has those players now further experienced.
Pochettino has hinted he would welcome the idea of returning to the club one day in future
Levy must realise that getting rid of Poch was, with hindsight and to some knowing at the time, a mistake

all depends on if Poch wants to/is wanted to stay on at PSG.

I can’t see that there are any other obvious choices now. Galtier could have been a shout but he’s going to Nice, which seems a step down from Lille having won them the title

Cheers. You don't think Leicester press?
I always thought they do (apart from last Sunday for possible reasons we've discussed already) but that BR had them choosing their moments as to when they should and when they should sit and break (like i always wanted Poch to do more often, especially against better sides and especially vs Klopp and Pep)
Not IMO
Their all about counters and pace

I think he'll need to do something at a higher level (e.g. mid-table EPL first). The last thing they will want is to be stuck in an OGS or Lampard loop

Because OSG is working out so badly for them at the moment? 2nd in the league and a European Final. I know United fans have high expectations but in reality that is as good as it will get in a City dominated league for most seasons.

And Poch shouldn't come back ... yet.

Too soon for everyone.

Does Conte meet teh Levy target of a manager who plays attractive football?
He's the modern Mourinho. An absolute winner but he doesn't particularly play attractive football and he absolutely does not take any flimflam from a board re backing. He will scream and shout in the press if he doesn't get his own way.

I can't think of a less suited manager for Daniel Levy than Conte. A literal marriage made in hell. If Levy has any sense he wouldn't even try to appoint Conte. Not that I think Conte would take the job, he would be aware of the limitations and his requirements.
