Those 2 quick passages of play are examples of why I always say Lamela's passing is pretty pap. Massively over hits the first then under hits the 2nd pass. His pass execution is so poor despite having the vision.

So you're seeing him as a Llorente then? Ball has to go to him and otherwise he's not in the game? Not having a dig - maybe that is what vinicius is, but it's a pretty limited game when you're not actually that big either

No - i just saw that comment that he wasn't holding up the ball but I'm not sure I've seen us play the ball to him in that fashion

It was worth a try with him and a sensible deal to do (loan to buy) but need to try someone else next season

Seems pretty clear from his playing time that we won't. A pity, I think. Think he's a more than decent backup. Has deserved more of a chance, in my opinion.
