This reminds me of when we play poor teams but don’t put them away early, they eventually find if they stop giving us too much respect they can actually get through us quite easily!

Wonder what the issue is 1st half and pre-match, are the players just not following instructions? Or with our fixtures are we playing to keep ourselves in games and then go for it after the break?

too deep have them too much respect. Probably said let's not bank on Girouds pace and push up
 
Oh I forgot to say, 10 minutes ago Ndombele was showing for the ball and Dier was happy to give it to him, even though he was marked, as he knew Ndombele would just wriggle through the challenge like Dembele used to do. Lovely skill from Ndombele. And a good shift from him in a defensive playmaker role.

I would say confidence. Remember, not only are these squad players, Mourinho basically said it was a throwaway.
