The Official 2018/19 Premier League Thread

Brilliant! That's a massive bonus for us. I don't really care about Pool, Arse losing puts us in a much better position. A Chelski slip up tomorrow, and this weekend is not bad at all.

Now we need to concentrate on beating Brighton to put pressure on Arse before their clash with Wolves.

Up to us now. Pole Position with 4 games left. 10pts has to be the target, although we might still need one favour off Leicester against either Chelsea or arsenal

Only reason Arsenal looked even half decent today was Palace's unwillingness to leave their own half.

The press don't make enough out of the arse being a Europa league team now. Should also be asking if their players will leave because they deserve to be playing champs league football.
Again, great call.

3rd year in a row coming up, but still the media feel the need to treat them like a ‘big club’. I wonder how many more years before they cotton on!...

I'd say that they have a say 30%-40% chance to get in the CL via the league...if you factor in getting in the CL via winning the EL as well, then its perhaps 50/50 that they'll be in the CL rather than the EL next year.

Lets wait a week or two before gloating...

No gloating there?

Not intended if there was! I think its quite factual...their chances of qualifying via the league is sub 50% surely, but helped by the EL. Until today, I thought it was them and us for the top 4, but the Palace result is massive given 3 of their last 4 are away. I'm actually not sure whether I'd prefer Chelsea or Arsenal to make the CL - one of them probably will

Hi guys some respect here:D, we actually have a Tottenham's fan club and we are watching matches together. I hope we win the league but if not, I will choose Liverpool.
