Can only see half of what a player does via video.... what a player does off the ball is just as important as what he does on the ball.

In a lot of cases is can be more important, seeing as in even game most players do not have the ball at their feet for many minutes. Always tried to explain to youth players its just as important what you do off the ball as well as what you do on it.
