Who are the 15 players he means there? In the last match day squad I count 17 senior players, I guess you can argue Gollini isn’t one, then it’s one of Winks, Rodon or Sanchez that he’s not counting as “a player”?

I guess it’s Gollini and Rodon, a bit unnecessary though IMO.

I think he means 15 senior outfield players.

Tanganga, Reguilon, Doherty and Skipp out leaves us with:

    Davies, Dier, Romero, Rodon, Sanchez

    Sessegnon, Emerson

    Højbjerg, Bentancur, Winks

    Son, Kane, Lucas, Bergwijn, Kulusevski

Quick look through the Watford and Norwich squads.
If Berg or Moura leave, one of the Watford guys would be a good signing:
Dennis and Sarr I'd say are ready for that step up. Potential next Mane/Son in those too.
João Pedro looks pretty handy too. Only 20.

Norwich - nah. Barely a PL player in the squad.

Joao Pedro would be a very shrewd signing. Think he is the best player at Watford. Norwich don’t really have anyone that I would want at Spurs.

Do you end up paying PL prices though, and for someone who is non-HG? If so, can we get better value abroad?

I agreed about Sarr coming in for Moura though

Depends if they push for a move.
It's worth paying a bit more than an abroad option for someone you know can perform in the EPL. Avoids very expensive mistakes - and damn knows we've spent a lot on those the last few years.

Sarr is a Newcastle signing for me
Watford will want silly money for him and they will pay it

Love it that he says now is not a good moment but clearly tells Levy what to expect.

Also love it that he isn't coddling the players... 4 games left and you better think about my big list.

Keep up the ruthlessness, we will win things.

    Money + Sterling for Saka

Arsenal are ready to explore a move for England forward Raheem Sterling if Emirates Marketing Project agree to sell the 27-year-old this summer, when he will have one year left on his contract. (Telegraph - subscription required)

    Haaland sounds cheap at £51m.

Guessing there’s a huge signing on fee and agent fee on top of that.

He's on £300k per week. Not many clubs which would meet that. Maybe Newcastle? Statement signing for them

Kevin De Bruyne signed a new contract for £350K a week, no chance Haaland is on less than that, most likely on £400K a week as indicated by the BBC

If I were Raheem it would make more sense to leave on a free than join the Goons

Yes, there is almost nowhere "good" to go after Emirates Marketing Project, especially for someone that left Liverpool already... so I could see him go abroad to try something new i.e. the best teams in Italy or Spain.
