Following on from a little rant about the Wet Spam stadium fiasco I spied this today:

So how the clamy fudge does not receiving (proving receipt of)a notice within 14 days mean Sir David of Beckham wasn’t actually speeding?? And the clam has the nerve to plead not guilty.

I don’t believe for a second that any vehicle has reached 59mph on that stretch of road, I used to live nearby and could use it as a car park.
