ATP Masters in Miami this week. Federer in good shape off the back of a win at Indian Wells. I hope he will win another slam this year.

The rest of them can lick my balls

Tsonga is a beast, I love seeing him play.

When he's good he's unplayable. But like lots of ball bashers he beats himself lots of times. No court craft.

Almagro and Fish won earlier. No big surprises so far except Berdych losing to highly-rated youbgster Dimitrov.

Murray got a walkover against Raonic so should be extra sharp for Round 4

And how well is Federer playing this year - he was mesmerising at Indian Wells last week

He's a brainless ball basher. I don't enjoy watching these guys play, no craft or point construction. Just bray the ball as hard ad possible on every shot. Not for me.

I'd rather watch Federer who is by far the most graceful player I have ever seen, but I find it incredible that players can hit the ball so hard and still get it in! Especially Del Potro now and Gonzalez a few years ago.

I think that's unfair, Tsonga has got massive spirit and watching him fling himself around a court is wonderful. It may not contain much guile but from an athleticism point of view it's great and he has more to his game than a big hit... At least on the grass anyway. I like him.

Of the ball bashers, Tsonga is the best and as you say, he has some variety to his game, volleys.

There is a reason he's never won the top tournaments and has only been to 9th in the rankings......he cannot adapt his game when the match isn't going his way.

Murray out thinks him and he loses his cool when he can't just hit someone off the court.

I think he's suggesting Tsonga (for example) relies mostly on his brute ogre strength to give him the edge instead of utilising technique per se.

Much like Kyle Walker is often blasted for using sheer pace to cover his defensive duties whereas his ball delivery is generally attrocious. Messi prefers to audaciously lob the keeper instead of smashing it hard as he possibly can similar to what Defoe would do 9/10 times. Each has it fans and critics

Oh, absolutley. But he isn't just a big hitter, he actually has a subtle touch at the net sometimes and he's good value for money. As for Murray, I wish he'd pull it together as I honestly think he's the best shot maker out there. When he's got it together, some of the angles he creates on a court are just not normal. But he just doesn't seem to have it in him mentally to win a slam. He always seems to have an arduous QF or SF and then looks fudged by finals day.

Love to see Fed win another slam but I don't think he has the bottle any more. I say that as a massive Fed fan too. Agree with whoever said they want Del Potro to win another one. Basically I want anyone but Djokovic to win the next three or four.

Djokovic has spent a lot of energy in that first set. It'll be interesting to see if this is classic Murrey capitulation or if he can pull back in this second set.

Djokovic will need to be knocked out by someone else in order for Murray to win a slam IMO. Djokovic is a brick wall!
