Steven Bergwijn

I do like Moura and he seems to be only one of a few players who gave it their all this season, however if i had to choose between him and Bergwijn to see i would keep Bergwijn.

Him and Moura both have poor end product, however as you say SB could improve and has age on his side.
He's never gonna score in any great numbers playing from the right hand side. If he were left footed if have more for for him filling that right hand side berth. As it is of Son did leave then he looks more pretty on the left but otherwise he's never gonna offer a lot of goal threat.

Super wealthy owners pumping their own money in.... Nice work if you can get it!
I’d assumed they were buying 4 x 30m players offset by 100m for Grealish but actually that may not be the case:

They’ve relaxed the rules on FFP due to the pandemic, and Spain seem to be doing something restrictive internally (unusual as the league was always geared to support RM and Barca) but it’s basically an opportunity for City and PSG to double down the doping whilst clubs reliant on genuine income cut their cloth or borrow to keep up.

Remember the premier league has their own financial rules. Villa may get away with it as they only got promoted recently. Everton might fall foul though. The premier league will have a decision on that soon.

Everton seem to be acquiring cheap or freebies currently
That’s a big change of tact for them

Their owners have also paid everton £30m to reserve the naming rights for their new stadium. The premier league will have to decide if that's acceptable towards ffp.

Look at Everton and Arsenal on that list and it doesn’t even include wages !! Amazing, although does confirm what I had already thought.

Yet the gooners will still complain they’re not spending enough!
