    • Spurs have won six of their last seven league matches, drawing the other.

Must win. Don't care about performance tonight (well not much) but we just need to win any which way.

You just know Defoe will score though. Hopefully Janssen is involved is does too.

    COYS

I have him in my fantasy team, so that means he'll score an OG and get sent off. I might just put him as Captain, just to make sure.

If Moyes would be kind enough to allow the comedy stylings ofJoleon Lescott to be put up in front of Harry Kane, I am sure we would all be grateful.

    Lloris
    Walker Alderweireld Wimmer Rose
    Wanyama Dembele
    Sissoko Alli Eriksen
    Kane

Dier and Son to rest as they played full 90 on Saturday. Wimmer came off at half time. Only question mark is Sissoko

But then again Sissoko is always a question mark!

Not liking the way much of the media have this one down as a walk in the park for us. That's usually when things go wrong.

In a funny sort of way we maybe need that bit of reverse psychology to help us. Hopefully the Twunt has unwittingly done us a small favour.

I would go for Son instead of Sissoko.
Meritocratic reward for his performance on sat.

Why is this "OMT" not pinned? Only two hours and ten minutes before kickoff. We are doomed.

Yes. Much prefer to be the ones being written off. Hope the players dont think this will be a stroll. Certainly wasnt for Liverpool

Feeling pretty confident about this game as Sunderland have been embarrassingly poor of late and largely now seem to comprise Everton and Man U reserves. This is the sort of game old Spurs would lose but hopefully not New Spurs with most players rested after no game at the weekend.

Would expect much of the same team as mentioned above, although more likely including Dier for Wimmer and then a choice of either Davies for playing 3 at the back or if a back 4 would prefer Son to Sissoko.

1-3 with Defoe getting the inevitable ex-player goal

If this is being transmitted live somewhere in the world I can watch it on "Full Matches and Shows" asap after - if not its early 20th Century tech with BBC Radio London and live commentary. Any advice on which course to follow?
