Bergwijn plays a lot of quick first time balls.

    Stop.

    No, it will be fine.

I'm sure that it will be fine

Agreed. Otherwise little natural width in that team.

Possibly they're quick up front (I honestly don't know), that's one reason (the only one) why Sanchez might be selected

My knee is fully tensioned up, the springs are coiled and the leather straps are creaking but holding tight.

As soon as the first cross from Aurier sails into the stands I shall unleash the kneejerk for 85 minutes, whilst our Proud Boys push limply at Fulham's closed door

That's actually a good point; implies we will push forwards to half way!

Ridiculous. There are obviously not enough retired Spurs players about.

Really odd selection given who the opposition are and we’re at home

Stevie is out and you can say that Bale and Lamela are recovering from injury, but Moura in place of Sissoko would have been a more natural choice IMO...or even shoe-horning Dele in rather than Sissoko

Why do broadcasters all copy each other and use ex-footballers as pundits? Why not use a journalist or someone articulate with decent ideas and observations?

Or surely they could find an ex-player (so they know how it feels) who is not thick and biased? Perhaps?

I quite like Dixon to be honest, he’s been fair in previous commentaries imo.

I bet Holland slags us off more, he was a complete tit the last time I heard him.

Maybe playing Sanchez allows us to press higher up the pitch than when we play with Toby. Perhaps because of Tobys lack of pace, we have to sit a bit deeper than we otherwise would?
