A midfield group of Hojbjerg, Skipp, GLC, Ndombele and Winks (5th choice) as our CM options next year would be decent. Very good balance in terms of style - only really thing you could say is missing is a big physical presence

We also need to spend whatever cash we have elsewhere so replacing Sissoko with Skipp and perhaps generating a little cash and some savings on wages is a no-brainer

People will say 'Sell Winks' but he's HG and we have so much business to do in other positions this summer

That homegrown factor might get us 20m+ for him which could be useful. Maybe even towards a replacement HG player.

Being cynical I would say that if he gave him a full 90 then everyone would assume he is back fit and ready to start in the PL but taking him off means you can say, well he got another hour under his belt and he is still getting there
