Believe it or not, our lack of penalties has actually been highlighted in the media this week. 41 games since our last one. Scored by Solanke v Brighton at home. Over 3 years since we were last awarded one away from home! At Villa, scored by Kane. 😯

    Mohammed Kudus

Silky. What's interesting though is that Forest clogger trying anything to take him down. That should be a booking even if you are unsuccessful in your efforts.

Baby steps. Would have taken a draw when I saw the line up. If we can start a game with Tonali, Fernandes, Savio, Marmoush and Kudus I think we will see a big difference. Solanke needs to be given games in front of those 5, he would get chances.

Astonishing isn't it. Every week, another 'knock' to an important player. It seems we are just not allowed to put out a strong team and build any cohesion. I'm just sick to death of watching us have to put out a compromised 11 every week.

Chelsea look devastating going forward but vulnerable at the back. I'd take that for us at the moment!

    Iliman Ndiaye

Indeed. It does appear he can play as a 10 aswell, which would fill a big hole in the team. Where does all this leave Tel? Surely he should be looking for a move as he is going to be getting splinters if he stays. Finding a buyer could prove tricky though.

This. We will have an abundance of widemen but severely lacking in proper strikers. What do we reckon. £85m for Ndiaye and £5m for Richie?

Makes me weep looking at the quality in the Chelsea front 3. The contrast is stark.

    Oliver is a proper cantelope.

Yeah he did and I don't think he'll be doing it again. That aside the forward options are woeful.

Well he's made the right subs at least.

Not too surprising given we are playing what is probably the worst and least creative front 4 in the league.

    Bergvall playing for a move.

I agree. It's just so annoying that we still have so many injuries, both long term and new like VDV. As you say, coping is what we've done but it gets very wearing and I for one am desperate after so long to see something close to our strongest team.
