    I agree. It's just so annoying that we still have so many injuries, both long term and new like VDV. As you say, coping is what we've done but it gets very wearing and I for one am desperate after so long to see something close to our strongest team.

    You could make a case that with everyone fit only 3 of that starting 11 are actually first choice. Add Savinho, Marmoush and soon hopefully Porro, Fernandes, VDV Madders and Kudus and it starts to look alot stronger.     We've barely had the ball in the attacking third but worked it nicely when we have. LWB and Souza with some nice touches. Maddison not there yet. Our lack of available wide men and forwards is concerning going into next week. We have to get a signing or 2 over the line.

    He absolutely wasnt crap at that. Along with Kulu he was our best player in that first season up until his injury. It was telling how our attacking play fell apart in his absence. He was the vital cog that made it work. Sadly he doesn't seem to have ever been fully fit since then.

    I thought the first 30 were very scrappy from both teams, last 15 we took control and looked pretty good. I'll forgive many of the poor 1st touches and passes due to the quite appalling pitch they are playing on.
