Mauricio Pochettino

I think he is fool to go to utd, they are a mess.
There's a reason all the elite managers have distanced themselves from that job for a while.
Ole was only there as long as he was because they could not get anyone better.
Does anyone really think that the glazers kept him there through sentiment.

He should do it, it's a step up from PSG, and United absolutely be after him, he's exactly what they need, the only proper manager they have been linked with.

Yes he might win the CL this season at PSG, but at United, if things are done properly, he could win it 5/6 times.

Three times more than saf? Who took 20 years to do that, thats a mighty claim.
Especially from where they are just now.

Sir Alex came close on other occasions, there is no super team like the Barca and Madrid of the last decade. United in the mid 80's were a lot farther away from the top of the game than they are now, there are real building blocks there. Poch could get them back there in 18 months with United's transfer budget, and conceivably be there for 10/15 years.

I think being a mess is a bit of a reach. They still have quality players, some very good young players, and a massive transfer budget. Poch would be starting from a much higher point than he did with us, and he consistently got us CL and to a CL final. What he could do with Man Us resources could and perhaps should supersede that….

They do have big resources compared to most, but not the really rich clubs.
Can they compete with city, Chelsea, psg or even bayern and Liverpool who have major trophies to point to in the recent past?
However, off field they are a mess and i don't see that poch is the man to change that.
Utd will spend just enough to keep them relevant. The squad is full of promise, but not really much else. How many of them would get into a SAF team, not many.
De gea and pogba want out, Ronaldo is only going in one direction, same with cavani, who are you left with?
Maguire?
Rashford
Fernades
Van beek.
It's really not a good squad at all.
Utd have a long way to climb back to the very top.

United is a step up from PSG? Perhaps in the past but now I am not so sure. Times have changed.

Personally I feel he will be dumb to move to United.

Poch has just said he’s “so happy” at PSG and has a contract to 2023. You never know what to make of this stuff but that doesn’t sound like a man who wants to leave.

Big questin mark over greenwood for me. Not playing for england.
England are managed by Southgate, who keeps playing Sterling for 90 minutes, game after game after game, no matter how fudging useless he is. Also there is some pretty stiff competition for his position(s)

World cup coming up. You get the call up you go. Fight for that place. Saying nah, is wrong for me. Shows a lack of desire and hunger. Felt the same when bently turned down the u21s saying he was tired.

Fantastic player. Think he can be immense. But he needs someone to talk to him. Maybe the new manager whoever it is.

Or i'd have him at dpurs if conte could get through.

If he goes to utd I think it will be at the end of the season not now. It will be hard to leave PSG while they are competing across the board.
