Youth Players/On-Loan Thread 2020/21

Give the lad a 5 year contract with payments increasing on league games he plays.

Send him out on a conference loan for 3 months next season to show him mens football.
Then spend the rest of the season with our under 23s. The following season a loan in the championship or league 1. See how he shapes up.

Hope he does not do what the lad who went to Lyon did.

That actually made me cry. Gutted he never got to see his son grow into adult life. No age to lose a father.
