What would YOUR priority signing be in the Jan transfer window?

If we make the knock out stage bear in mind that we will need to add any new player to out CL squad. So we would have ro find a space for any new player we bring in January. And that is not even including finding a space for Kulu. Poor Tel

Kinsky, Davies or Solanke could all be left out if the right situation arose.

But it is a really bad situation that we already have 6 good players (Takai, Dragusin, Bissouma, Maddison, Kulusevski and Tel) we can't name

More about the quality of player we can actually sign than one particular position. A LW, striker, deep playmaker left back option would probably be the priority positions. But within that if we can sign a class player in either position that would be better than a good player in whatever we think is the biggest priority.

I definitely can see the reasoning behind a Semenyo type signing and think he would be excellent. My dream would be a Wharton type deep playmaker though. Think he/someone like that would not only be really good, but mean that we got more out of the players already here than a Semenyo type.

I’d bring back Donley as him getting no game time there is no worse than him coming him, helping potentially as an option for us

Tough one for him, they are flying and Lewis baker is an outstanding deep playmaker at that level.
Lewis is a good player as you say
And Nzonzi is playing in front of him
For me it’s more about us being selfish as a club now
Our player, our decision
Just seen that Nzonzi didn’t play yesterday so that blows my theory out the water

But replacement yesterday is alternative breaker in midfield like him, so likely stylistic in that role

Toney is on more than £20m per year. More than twice our all time highest wage paid (Kane and Son's final deals).

He's also not played a competitive game in 18 months. I think it would be a huge disaster waiting to happen.

£20m tax free if he stays 2 years. So to match that you'd have to offer £38m a year.
