Can't really be very far along considering

- Lange is probably gone (zero mention of him in 3 letters to fans, no interviews) and we haven't replaced him (a huge gap and unforgivable considering importance of this summer and transfer window). DoF is arguably 1st/2nd most important role in club.
- Medical review (yet again) is probably on the table
- A coherent strategy re our youth/academy/loan model doesn't seem to exist (we have way too many players out on loan)
- Vinai himself probably had to have some tough conversations with Lewis family re this season (employees under review rarely do their best work)

The bigger issue is the deflection, if Vinai rarely thinks our training ground being too nice is the issue, we have bigger problems.

I agree, that stuff is all to be done...but in terms raw daily operations, we flipped everything on its head when Levy was ousted. Everything. It was a massive shift in day to day procedures backstage, and I am hopeful that at least THAT part is somewhat settled now/close to completion.

Yes, and that is still not my main question. The whole shape behind the scenes has changed in terms of depts and how they are run. What I am interested in is -
*how many more new faces are still to come in through various depts
*how 'complete' the restructure is vs how far we have to go i.e. is the bathroom remodelled and now just being operationally put through it's early paces, or are we still adding fixtures and certain trimmings?

I think we are currently just 'de-5 star hotel-ing' the training centre. 3 portakabins are arriving next week.
