Victor Wanyama

Would be like a new signing. With him, that new Belgian centre back, the English left wing back, the young ball playing centre mid and that Brazilian pace merchant we’ve got a strong team compared to last season ;)

I dunno, that donkey we have up top is not a patch on Kane while the little tackle dodger in front of the midfield doesn’t create nearly as much as Eriksen.

Sounds like we had a decent window

Just realised that he was on the bench on Sunday...good sign?
Well he’s been omitted from Kenya’s squad for their upcoming match against Ghana to give him more time to continue rehab from knee injury, so fingers crossed Wanyama is able to start a game for us soon...

These absurd statements made from numerous individuals within the Kenyan football regime, prove we were right not to release Wanyama.

Such people would likely have played Wanyama for 90 mins, including injections if required.

Victor put away a spot kick to secure Kenya qualification to ACN. Well done! The bad news is that that the interweb is full of stories that he also picked up a hamstring injury! Just what we needed!

Thankfully today’s reports are that it’s minor injury and he’ll be back to face the Spammers.
