I would go for Balogun especially now that we have Marmoush. He's a different physical frame style striker, someone Marmoush could play off or someone who profile wise could come off the bench to change things up.

He's older and more mature now and has had 4 years Ligue 1 which in terms of physicality and game pace is the most similar to the PL.

I don't think he's any sort of guaranteed success, but given the players we've signed i don't think we actually want a guaranteed starter quality CF so as an option I think he's well suited.
