Is Levy saying he has ambitions of us winning the Premier League and Champions League the new quote people are going to cling onto?! Not sure why, literally every chairman has these sorts of visions/ambitions its really not a big deal, would be more concerning if he said he just wants to consolidate in the European positions.

But anyway, lets hope it works out the same way as the 'I always win in my second season' quote ....

The problem is some sections of our fan base will use this statement every time we don't sign a superstar. How can we win the league when we sign X we want Y & Z to even challenge

Im not sure the fate of our 7th or 8th choice CB is effected too much by what happens to our 1st choice one

Maybe not directly. But on the right side of CB if Romero goes then it's Danso. With Dragusin being out still you could argue Phillips becomes second-choice RCB by default...
