The entire Wetherspoon group until last Thursday week did not allow women into the premises, although dogs were allowed. I was deeply offended by this and wrote to the CEO. It's my determination to give women a better roll of the dice that overturned their policy. The only caveat is that they will be removed if heard nagging their husbands

but not anymore. On the serious side though, I was a member of the Conservative club for twenty years, and drank in the men's bar. They refurbished it one year and got rid of the bar. I gave my membership up under disgust

Like I said, I am deeply sorry, and very much hope I haven't offended anyone by my misogynist comments and overall poor behaviour. To be honest, I am disgusted with myself, and am considering attending a course on diversity and inclusion.

PS I now love women's football, and believe it far superior men's
