I'd argue that we haven't been caught offside enough this season. We need players on that line and they cannot be on the right side of it everytime

.Steven Hawkin said:I gave a party for time-travellers, but I didn't send out the invitations until after the party. I sat there a long time, but no one came.
If the answer is Defoe we need to ask a different question.
Going to be hard for us to get a decent back up for Lloris. I recon old guys are the way to go. No ambitious keeper will want to be back up to French Captain 27 years old potentially for the next 10 years.
Yep, clearly needs games.
Still miles ahead of Dawson or chichires
Who is Tottenham's All Time highest scorer in European competitions?

Just get one who can stop the ball from going in the net every single time? Even when its off target?
This is professional football club, not a comedy show... So lets get a professional who can moves, make saves, and get the ball in the air.
Well done, 1882-movement! Wow, can't remember the last time I heard that much singing from the stands! Needs to be a regular feature, that. Happy with the win and Lamela getting his goal, and a great performance. He was the difference for us today. Other than that, it's the same old story of using far too much time on the ball and not moving quickly enough. I just can't believe AVB refuses to do something about it. We're relying on a single player's brilliance yet again (as with Bale for most of last season).
But, by all means, happy we're through, and happy for Lamela, and some great singing today!![]()
