I had to watch most of the last 30 minutes yesterday. On Wednesday night for the last half hour I was in the kitchen, up the garden, on my knees behind the sofa…any time I did come into the room it was to see Micky clearing off the line or Vic pushing away Shaw’s header.

Just at 30 mins in the rewatch
Got to say we were so aggressive and really played at a good tempo
Biss and richy were very strong at that point
Richy staying wide really hurt them

throughout the game we looked like there was a plan the players believed in
indeed we were stretching them in the first half and causing mayhem so they could not impose themselves
but i thought we were stronger and more aggressive in the second half - fully focused and players covering for each other to deny space
