I bought a Google Pixel 2 last week after about a decade owning an iphone. Best decision I've made this year.
The google assistant is unbelievably good (and quick). You just squeeze the phone and it is ready to listen and respond. The camera is far better than even the iphone X. The battery lasts at least 24 hours even with reasonably heavy use.
Plus it cost me half the price of an iphone.
