Thomas Frank’s coaching staff

The club announced it as a promotion.
Thought this game a good idea of what his job would be.
But I agree, hire was the wrong term to use from this account
I was just being a bit unnecessarily picky (though did wonder if the poster knew he was already employed).
But regardless, it sounds like a good role to have in place - I don't think we've that as such in recent times?

I guess Wayne Burnett wanted to stay as U21 boss so they promoted Stuart Lewis from U18 to this new role, rather than promoting Wayne?

Or maybe he is a better fit / character / age / whatever it is that meant they opted for Stuart. Presuming / hoping Wayne is happy.

Justin Cochrane: Will be focused on the offensive part of the game and some training planning

Andreas Georgson: assistant coach, with main focus on set pieces, playing from restarts

Fabian Otte: goalkeeper coach

Chris Haslam: head of performance, focuses on the physical part of football training

Stuart Lewis: helping players to transition from academy to first team, and helping to strengthen the bond between the academy and the first team

---------
