Would like to see a few loaned out if we are not going to play them.
Dont care if Poch does not approve. He is always talking about leaving so does not get a say on our future.
It would do the world of good to some of our youngsters to get some proper mens football experience.
Looks like we missed a trick the other week!Under 21s playing Colchester first team tonight.

Think we could do with some fresh blood in the first team.
It is amazing how often unfancied players if given a chance can take to first team duties.
To be honest I haven't really seen anyone in the younger age group that looks close to being good enough yet. This isn't really a bumper crop right now.Agreed. We need some energy in the team.

True. Rashford is an example of a player who didn't really look brilliant for the younger teams at Man Utd, but scored straight away and seemed to gain real confidence from that. It's a difficult balance and much easier to introduce young players to a confident, happy, winning team than ours right now. Especially young players who have had no experience of proper men's football out on loan.Though I agree it is amazing how unfancied players can take to prem football sometimes.
I would have a look at Maghoma.
Parrot played against Colchester and showed the difference between age group and men's football.I would be happy to see Tanganga get a game. Or some more Parrott.
