I think it was one of those where Subotic had to wait on the sideline after receiving treatment, Napoli scored from a cross as he was hurrying back into the box and their back 4 looked disorganized at best. He also apparently sarcastically applauded the ref and that might have been part of it although I assume the reaction above was the main point

Worth mentioning that he apologized afterwards and as far as I know didn't make any excuses for himself.

It takes a big man to apologise in the fashion he did. I can't imagine a lot of PL managers being so apologetic afterwards.

They are, but nonetheless they are being destroyed. Swansea's passing is fantastic.
