It's a 30,000 capacity stadium and due to covid restrictions, they initially were only allowed to admit 15,000. Day before the game, the provincial government opened up sports venues to full capacity. Crowd for the game was 26,000+. So, that's over 11,000 seats sold within 24 hours of kickoff.
Next games vs Mexico and Costa Rica, on the frozen tundra of Edmonton, Alberta, will likely have over 50,000
